Intelligent Pre-assembly Line for Engines
Application: completing the assembly work at four stations: ZP100, ZP105, ZP110 and ZP115.
The equipment configuration includes crankshaft installation, plug installation, camshaft installation, cylinder liner press-fitting and related workstations.
Automatic Calcination Production Line
The calcination automatic production line is a hierarchical distributed monitoring system composed of computer systems, large touch screens, programmable controllers, intelligent instruments and frequency converters connected through industrial Ethernet.
Its main function is to monitor the production process of the calciner in real time during normal operation and in abnormal situations. The system supports large-screen display, report printing, limit/accident alarms, sequence-of-events records, remote operation and electrical interlocking.
